These Losses are comprised of shrink, waste and margin erosion.  Main causes range from insufficient technology, failing processes and low compliance level through theft, fraud and adverse intent. While industry averages did not change much in the last 15 years, some companies did achieve outstanding results of minimizing losses and maximizing profits, mainly by launching targeted solutions, based on data analysis models.
