A key feature that makes this event so targeted and time efficient is the VIP Appointment system.  It puts the industry's premier suppliers to work for you.  After reviewing your software, equipment and services needs, we match the profile with the corresponding leading solutions provider at the event.  As every organization and supply chain is different, each supplier will do extensive research on your company prior to the event and be prepared to discuss how their solutions or services may best work for your organization - and listen to your company’s unique needs to provide key insights gleaned from other client deployments.

This system allows you to take away much more detailed, relevant information on the technology and innovations available to make your organization more efficient and competitive.  As you are only matched with suppliers of solutions in which you are actively interested each appointment will provide incites to addressing current challenges and opportunities.

There are six, two hour meeting windows over the two days.  Each meeting window holds six, twenty minute appointments.  You can select the meeting windows that work best for you and we will craft a customized schedule for you.  Your schedule will be mailed to you 4 weeks prior to the event along with your hotel information, conference schedules and VIP Pass.
