The cost of producing the event is covered by the exhibitors and sponsors.  The model allows us to host up to 200 qualified attendees completely free of charge.  As a qualified VIP you will receive complementary:

• Conference Pass with full access to all the Educational Tracks.
• Overnight Hotel accommodation in the Loews Philadelphia Hotel on the night of the 19th.
• Gourmet Lunches available on the 19th and 20th.
• Welcome Cocktail Reception on the 18th.
• VIP Networking Drinks Reception on evening of the 19th. 
• Industry Gala Dinner on evening of the 19th
• Breakfast on the morning of the 20th.
• Full Access to the Exhibit Halls 
• Use of the VIP Meeting System on either or both 19th and 20th.
   
  Additional nights can be booked by registered attendees prior and after the 19th March at a group discounted rate subject to availability.
